Terms and conditions
Version dated 9 October 2026
Preparation version: identification, delivery and mediation information must be completed before opening sales.
1. Seller and scope
The intended seller is ATOUTNAUTIC. Registered address, legal form, capital, company registration and VAT number: to be completed. Contact: contact@atoutnautic.com. This local version is for testing only. It does not conclude a sale, collect payment or trigger shipment. SPECIMEN documents have no commercial value.
2. Product and configuration
The Starter Kit includes one UC2301 central unit and three modules of your choice: bilge water, engine theft, intrusion / CO₂. Multiple modules of the same type can be selected. The configuration is shown for review and in the PDF. GPS, battery voltage and temperature are central unit features. Additional sensors and professional configurations require a separate enquiry. Monitoring activation, connectivity and service continuity conditions must be confirmed before sales begin.
3. Price and delivery
The kit costs €660 including VAT: €550 excluding VAT and €110 VAT at 20%. Prices are exclusively in euros and identical across the French, English and Spanish versions. Delivery is free to the European countries offered at checkout. Quantity multiplies the unit price. There are no recurring charges in this version. Potential customs costs and formalities for European destinations outside the EU must be specified before sales open.
4. Order process
Visitors select three modules and the quantity, enter their details and review the configuration, address and amount. Earlier steps remain editable. Acceptance of these terms is required. The Stripe button simulates a payment and creates a SPECIMEN invoice. Bank transfer creates a SPECIMEN purchase order. No card information is collected. No transfer should be made and no real bank details are displayed.
5. Documents and evidence
Commercial details, configuration and customer information are frozen at issue. The PDF is stored in a non-public folder and can only be downloaded by the session that created it. It is not regenerated on download. Before real sales, durable contract confirmation, legal invoice numbering, server-verified Stripe payments and document delivery must be enabled.
6. Delivery deadlines and incidents
Preparation time, carrier and maximum delivery deadline: to complete before real sales. For a real consumer sale, a delivery date or deadline must be disclosed before the order; absent an agreed deadline, delivery must occur within thirty days of the contract. Statutory rights concerning delay, loss or incorrect delivery remain applicable. No deliveries take place in this demonstration.
7. Withdrawal
For a real distance sale to a consumer, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from receipt. The Right of withdrawal page explains notification, returns and refunds and provides a model notice. Choosing standard modules does not remove this right. Return address: to complete.
8. Statutory guarantees
Real consumer sales benefit from the statutory conformity and hidden-defect guarantees, independently of any commercial warranty. Under French law the conformity guarantee may be exercised within two years of delivery, subject to statutory conditions. Repair or replacement must be free of charge, within thirty days and without significant inconvenience; the law provides for price reductions or contract termination in specified cases. Hidden-defect claims may be brought within two years of discovering the defect under Articles 1641 onward of the French Civil Code. Contact: contact@atoutnautic.com. Mandatory protections in the consumer’s country remain applicable.
9. Use and liability
Monitoring depends on installation, power, sensors and network coverage. It does not replace boat checks, maintenance, mandatory safety equipment or insurance. No system guarantees the absence of theft or damage. Mandatory seller liabilities and guarantees are not excluded.
10. Personal data
Contact details are used to handle enquiries and prepare order documents. Retention, recipients and rights are explained in the privacy policy. Data is not used for marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
11. Disputes and mediation
Contact contact@atoutnautic.com first. Consumer mediator, address and website: to appoint and complete before sales begin. Consumers will have free access to the competent mediator following a prior written complaint under statutory conditions. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence; statutory jurisdiction rules remain applicable.
