Right of withdrawal

Preparation version: identification, delivery and mediation information must be completed before opening sales.
Fourteen-day period
For a real distance sale to a consumer, you have fourteen days from receipt of the goods by you or a designated third party other than the carrier to notify withdrawal without giving a reason. This demonstration does not conclude a sale or trigger a withdrawal period.
Notify your decision
Send a clear statement to contact@atoutnautic.com or the ATOUTNAUTIC postal address (to complete). You may use the model below but are not obliged to. Keep evidence of notification within the deadline.
Return the goods
Return the goods within fourteen days of notification. Return address: to complete before sales. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer unless agreed otherwise or prior information was missing. Handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; excessive handling may result in liability for diminished value under the law.
Refunds
In a real sale, amounts paid, including any standard delivery costs charged, are refunded within fourteen days of notification. Refund may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received, whichever comes first. The same payment method is used unless expressly agreed otherwise without cost to the consumer. As standard delivery is free for this offer, no initial delivery charge is added to the refund.
Standard configuration
Selecting three standard modules does not in itself create a personalised item excluded from withdrawal rights. Any exception must be legally justified and disclosed before a real order.
